We all have those books that direct our lives in a new direction. One of those for me was Zen and the Martial Arts, by Joe Hyams. It still resonates with me and I recommend it often (in fact I am pretty sure my copy is loaned out at the moment).
Joe's cycle has ended with us.

My copy of Zen in the Martial Arts is still loaned out, but I am missing it, so I need to get it back and revisit it as it still is one that I go back to again and again. I will continue to recommend it as Joe's message is timeless.
